Terms and conditions for rental cars

To rent a car, both parties, the customer and the car rental company, must sign a rental contract valid for the period the car is with the customer.

There are several obligations that must be fulfilled by the two parties in order to reach an agreement.

The obligations of our company are:

• To provide the client with all the information requested in order to reserve a car

• To hand over the cars to customers in perfect working condition

• To present all the documents of the car (Registration certificate with valid ITP, RCA, rovineta)

• To explain the provisions of the rental contract when handing over the car

• To provide assistance and support to clients during the performance of the contract

• To inform clients about any additional cost that may appear based on the signed contract

Our company reserves the right to select its clients! If the client's obligations listed above are not fulfilled, Viocars Rental can refuse to hand over the car to the client!

The client's obligations are:

• To present a valid identity document

• Be at least 24 years old

• To present a European or international driver's license with a minimum age of 2 years.

• To present a bank card to use to pay for our services.

• To provide our agents with some information necessary for the formalities when handing over the car.

• To have a friendly, open attitude in interacting with us.

We are convinced that the obligations required of us are not exaggerated and we hope for a closer collaboration with our clients!
